What Silence does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

Rank 1: Silences the target, preventing them from casting spells for 5 sec and interrupting their spellcasts for 3 sec.

How to reach Silence

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Shadow rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Silence.

Is Silence worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 5. That is 20 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
