Privacy policy

I built WoW Forever Talent to be useful without asking you to create an account or hand over a profile. This policy explains, in plain language, what the site stores, what stays in your browser, and what happens when you contact me.

Your saved builds stay in your browser

Your saved builds, drafts, and calculator preferences use your browser’s local storage. They are saved on your device, not in a user account or a build database that I can search. If you clear that browser data, those saved items may disappear. That is the trade-off for keeping the tool simple and account-free.

Build share links

When you copy a build link, your talent choices are carried in the link itself. Anyone who receives the link can open it and see the build it contains, so share links only with people you are comfortable sharing with. The site does not need to upload your build to create that link.

What I collect

The calculator does not ask for your name, login details, or personal profile. I do not sell personal information, use advertising profiles, or intentionally fingerprint your browser. If you email hello@wowforevertalent.online, I receive the email address and message you choose to send so I can reply and investigate the issue. I do not add that address to a marketing list.

Analytics and page counters

I may use basic, privacy-friendly page counters to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs work. These counters are intended to measure page visits, not follow you around the web or build a personal advertising profile.

Third-party links

Some pages link to external resources, such as game documentation or community sources. Once you leave this site, the other site’s privacy policy applies. Check its terms before sharing information there.
