What Improved Entangling Roots does at each rank

  1. Rank 1: Increases the damage done by your Entangling Roots spell by 25%, and its victims can take up to 25% more damage without interrupting the effect.
  2. Rank 2: Increases the damage done by your Entangling Roots spell by 50%, and its victims can take up to 50% more damage without interrupting the effect.
  3. Rank 3: Increases the damage done by your Entangling Roots spell by 75%, and its victims can take up to 75% more damage without interrupting the effect.

How to reach Improved Entangling Roots

Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Balance rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Improved Entangling Roots.
