Hemorrhage
Rogue · Subtlety · Row 5 of 7 · Single rank
Changed from Classic Active ability Requires Serrated Blades
Hemorrhage sits in row 5 of the Rogue Subtlety tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role, and you will need Serrated Blades maxed first. It costs just one point. So the only question is whether opening its row fits your build.
Changed from Classic. This talent now works differently than in Classic, so read the ranks below before you spend any points.

What Hemorrhage does at each rank
A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.
- Rank 1: An instant strike that deals 100% weapon damage (145% if a Dagger is equipped) and causes the target to take 15% increased Rupture damage from the Rogue. Lasts 15 sec. Awards 1 Combo Point.
How to reach Hemorrhage
Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Subtlety rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Hemorrhage, and you will need Serrated Blades maxed first.
Is Hemorrhage worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 5. That is 20 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
