New in Forever. This talent never existed in Classic, so don't go looking for an old version to compare. There is none.

What Sanctified Judgement does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: Gives your Judgement ability a 33% chance to return 20% of the Mana cost of the judged seal.
  2. Rank 2: Gives your Judgement ability a 66% chance to return 40% of the Mana cost of the judged seal.
  3. Rank 3: Gives your Judgement ability a 100% chance to return 60% of the Mana cost of the judged seal.

How to reach Sanctified Judgement

Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Retribution rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Sanctified Judgement.

Is Sanctified Judgement worth the points?

Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build, or when you need it maxed to open the talents below. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
