What Repentance does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: Puts the enemy target in a state of meditation, incapacitating them for up to 6 sec. Any damage caused will awaken the target. Only works against Humanoids.

How to reach Repentance

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Retribution rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Repentance.
