- Rank 1: Increases movement speed and mounted movement speed by 8%. This does not stack with other movement speed increasing effects.
- Rank 2: Increases movement speed and mounted movement speed by 15%. This does not stack with other movement speed increasing effects.
How to reach Pursuit of Justice
Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Retribution rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Pursuit of Justice.
Is Pursuit of Justice worth the points?
Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
