What Improved Imp does at each rank

  1. Rank 1: Increases the damage of your Imp's Firebolt spell by 10% and the effect of its Fire Shield spell by 10%.
  2. Rank 2: Increases the damage of your Imp's Firebolt spell by 20% and the effect of its Fire Shield spell by 20%.
  3. Rank 3: Increases the damage of your Imp's Firebolt spell by 30% and the effect of its Fire Shield spell by 30%.

How to reach Improved Imp

Row 1 opens after you spend 0 points in the earlier Demonology rows. Level 10 is the earliest you can pick up Improved Imp.

Is Improved Imp worth the points?

Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
