What Stormstrike does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: Instantly strike for normal weapon damage and increase the damage you deal to the target with your next Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, or Earth Shock spell by 20% for 12 sec.

How to reach Stormstrike

Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Enhancement rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Stormstrike.

Is Stormstrike worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 4. That is 15 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.
