Changed from Classic
Surefooted sits in row 3 of the Hunter Survival tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role. It can take up to 3 points. Max it fully, or put in a few points just to open the rows below.
Changed from Classic. This talent now works differently than in Classic, so read the ranks below before you spend any points.
What Surefooted does at each rank
A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.
- Rank 1: Increases your hit chance by 1% and reduces the duration of movement impairing effects on you by 10%.
- Rank 2: Increases your hit chance by 2% and reduces the duration of movement impairing effects on you by 20%.
- Rank 3: Increases your hit chance by 3% and reduces the duration of movement impairing effects on you by 30%.
How to reach Surefooted
Row 3 opens after you spend 10 points in the earlier Survival rows. Level 20 is the earliest you can pick up Surefooted.
Is Surefooted worth the points?
Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
