Resourcefulness Resourcefulness

Hunter · Survival · Row 5 of 7 · 2 ranks
NEW in Forever

Resourcefulness sits in row 5 of the Hunter Survival tree. A talent tree is simply the grid of talents for one class role. It can take up to 2 points. Max it fully, or put in a few points just to open the rows below.

New in Forever. This talent never existed in Classic, so don't go looking for an old version to compare. There is none.

What Resourcefulness does at each rank

A rank is one level of a talent. Every rank makes the effect a bit stronger. The list below uses the exact wording from the beta client, word for word.

  1. Rank 1: Reduces the mana cost of your Trap abilities and melee abilities by 30%. In addition, your critical strikes have a 30% chance to allow 50% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting for 30 sec.
  2. Rank 2: Reduces the mana cost of your Trap abilities and melee abilities by 60%. In addition, your critical strikes have a 60% chance to allow 50% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting for 30 sec.

How to reach Resourcefulness

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Survival rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Resourcefulness.

Is Resourcefulness worth the points?

Every rank makes the effect stronger, so putting in a few points while leveling is totally fine. Max it when the final rank is the heart of your endgame build. And if you only need it as a stepping stone, no shame in stopping early.
