  4. Rank 4: Increases the critical effect chance of your Regrowth spell by 40%.
  5. Rank 5: Increases the critical effect chance of your Regrowth spell by 50%.

How to reach Improved Regrowth

Row 6 opens after you spend 25 points in the earlier Restoration rows. Level 35 is the earliest you can pick up Improved Regrowth, and you will need Improved Rejuvenation maxed first.
