What Raging Blows does at each rank

  1. Rank 1: Causes your Whirlwind to also strike with your off-hand weapon, and reduces the Rage cost of your Cleave ability by 2.

How to reach Raging Blows

Row 4 opens after you spend 15 points in the earlier Fury rows. Level 25 is the earliest you can pick up Raging Blows.

Is Raging Blows worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 4. That is 15 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
