How to reach Earthbound
Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Elemental rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Earthbound.
Is Earthbound worth the points?
One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 5. That is 20 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent suits your build.
