How to reach Leader of the Pack

Row 5 opens after you spend 20 points in the earlier Feral Combat rows. Level 30 is the earliest you can pick up Leader of the Pack.

Is Leader of the Pack worth the points?

One point gives you the full effect. The real cost is opening row 5. That is 20 points in the rows above, so take it when the talent or the picks it unlocks suits your build.
